The CNY Latino runs several Domino tournaments throughout the Central New York State area (between Albany & Rochester, AND Watertown & Binghamton). All of them are pretty much done under the same structure and rules. Unless it is founded by a sponsor, there is a FEE for the player to participate, and all the players need to be registered.
